RESERVED BY MAKING 700 Euros DEPOSIT (900 Euros per single room).

with on wire bank transfer. Personal checks and money orders are cashed at
the additional fee of E35 for each. REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST
SERVED BASIS DETERMINED BY THE DATE OF YOUR CHECK DEPOSIT.
FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO
LATER THAN 45 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE.
Applications
will be processed in order of their receipt. All the fees paid are refundable
in the event of a participant’s cancellation received in writing 45 days prior
to departure less 700E or 900 E reservation deposit. Trip cancellation insurance
is highly recommended. This will enable you to recover all deposit / payments
if you need to cancel due to illness or death. The program price includes
all of the itemized services described in the full color
and brochure and web page.
No
refunds will be made for any portion of the trip that is offered and not
participated in. No refunds will be made for anyone who does not attend the
workshop and has not applied for a refund 45 days before departure date. No
refunds will be made for any missed meals or missed day trips. If the workshop
is cancelled by the company for any reason within 45 days of departure,
applicants will receive a full refund of all monies paid. If you will not be able to come and will cancel even
the very last moment for terrorist action or war reasons, you will not loose
your payment but will be able to join us next year.
Please
note that room - mates will be assigned if available, otherwise single
occupancy rate applies. Please
note that for some locations there are limited number of rooms available with
private bath. These will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
You must be able to function in a
workshop environment (carry and set up your own equipment) without assistance.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Art
teacher will be replaced only in event of emergency.

IRIS declines any responsibility for damage of persons and things. Kindly
note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage participants may suffer
in the course of the workshop due to theft, accident, illness or bodily injury.
